Standing Appointments
A standing reservation guarantees that you will enjoy the day, time, artist or therapist of your choice, every time you visit. It's the most consistent way to look and feel your best. To schedule your standing reservation, simply inform our reservationist upon check-out or contact our reservations department by calling 937.433.WEST (9378).
Punctuality
Salon guests, please arrive at the time of the scheduled appointment. Spa guests are asked to check in 15 minutes prior to the start of any appointment. If you are late to your appointment, depending on circumstances, changes may need to be made to your service.
We're committed to offering all our guests a reliable timetable; that's why your treatment will always end at the scheduled time, so please remember to be on time.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary, and with a 48-hour notice or more there is never a charge. If you are unable to make your appointment without calling and canceling prior, there may be a charge of 100% of the service price.
All multiple service and group reservations require payment in advance. 252 West requests a 72-hour notice of cancellation for multiple service and group reservations. Reservations canceled without the benefit of notice will incur a 50% charge for those services canceled. No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked. Gift certificates are considered payments in advance and, therefore, subject to the same policy. Charges will be made on credit cards or deducted from gift certificates that were used as security for reservations.
Quiet Please
To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone or pager while visiting our spa.
Children
This is your day to relax. We kindly request that children not accompany you to your spa visit unless the child(ren) are experiencing their own spa service.
Gratuities
We're often asked about gratuities. No service charge will be added to your bill or gift certificate. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15–20% which may be added at the time of check-out in the form of cash, check or charge.
Gift Certificates
252 West Salon & MedSpa gift certificates make an ideal gift for any occasion. Certificates are available for specific treatments, spa packages, treatment series or any dollar amount. Gift certificates may be redeemed for any service or products, but are non-refundable.
